Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buildyatch's website, platform, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

Description of Services

Buildyatch provides an AI-powered intelligence layer that ingests video and audio content, extracts structured data using configurable AI pipelines, and exposes it through auto-generated MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. We offer tiered subscription plans including free and paid tiers. Features and limits may vary by plan.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Each account is for a single user. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

  • You may not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You may not use our Services to process or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our platform or its AI models.
  • You may not use automated scripts to abuse or overload our API endpoints.
  • Reselling or sublicensing our Services without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, UI designs, and documentation, are owned by Buildyatch or its licensors. Your use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any such rights. Content you upload remains your property, but you grant Buildyatch a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the Services.

Payments and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
  • All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree Payments).
  • By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buildyatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Buildyatch, third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
